Did what? Are you certain Caylee was "murdered"?

Of course she was.

Either through violence or neglect.

Are you positing a "Caylee had a massive coronary" theory?

This jury should be charged with explaining who did this

Doesn't work that way, FRiend. Read your Constitution.

Interesting. That’s not much of a pool, is it?

The judge addressed the jury before they were released, and he thanked them for their service. He commented, “Many did not want to serve.”

That stopped me in my tracks, and I think that is part of this problem. I notice numbers in the list of jurors you linked to — numbers in the thousands. Does that indicate how many jurors were released before these rocket scientists were chosen?

It doesn't always work. I don't know that it worked in this case. But I'd far rather have our system than that which pertains in much of the rest of the world.

Very well said my FRiend....I've always admired your way with words and common sense.

When the DA giggled, Casey wriggled.

Yup. It was a bad move. Though it doesn't excuse the imbeciles for letting a murderer go free because the prosecutor smirked. But it was a bad move.

If there is one positive thing that could come out of this train wreck it would be for some of the irresponsible media whores like Nancy Grace and Geraldo Rivera to be sued out of existence

Nancy Grace is a textbook example of a high-functioning psychopath (i.e. derives pleasure by inflicting pain on others).

She will kill again, don’t be shocked to hear that both of her parents were found dead one day..Did you see how fast George and Cindy left that courthouse, because they know that Casey is coming home and they want NOTHING to do with her.they are probably terrified that she will kill them next

You know, I don’t think they really cared. They sat in and none of them wanted to sentence this young woman to death.

Their job is done, they can go home and it is over.

Little kids are seen as a dime a dozen. Survival of the fittist. If you aren’t fit or lucky enough, well so be it. I watch rabbits near my garden act as good mothers. In one afternoon a dog or cat will come by and kill all of the babies. If you are anywhere near, the babies actually scream and nobody usually hears. What you don’t know, doesn’t hurt as much. but...the mother will come back and keep looking for those babies only to give up after awhile. Life goes on, Caylee is already gone and the jury doesn’t have to feel bad. What happens after that? Not their problem.

I believe the defense using the molestation charges here worked. They were never proven, but people want to believe it because it gives them an excuse for bad behavior. Understanding a sociopath? Never, because people don’t want to see themselves in that.

Okay then. I don’t know about the “bloody hands” rule, but expected at least manslaughter.

“Then the prosecution should have waited to charge her until better evidence was available”

Very good point.

Nobody won. I kept trying to snap everyone out of the HLN trance to no avail. I hope you see they were 100% wrong 100% of the time. The evidence was no good. Casey lied and the Media lied equally. Now the MSM will try to incite their mob to cover their sorry asses. But I am happy that the jury saw through it all and rendered the only verdict they could under the law. The State did not prove the case. To 12 ordinary citizens like you and I who were untainted by the Media. No hung jury and a quick verdict. Are you now going to blame the jury? For God’s sake wake up and snap out of it.

“There was chloroform found in the trunk of the car.”

“Wasn’t that refuted by the states own FBI lab witness?”

No, it was not refuted. It was lied about by Baez in his closing argument. Ashton corrected that assertion by Baez in his rebuttal. Chloroform WAS found in the trunk of the car.

To all of your questions:

I don't know. (*Shrug*)

What I do know is that nobody who values their life and liberty will harm a hair on this Anthony woman's head. They'd be convicted quickly, unlike the acquitted Casey Anthony. There'd be no red herrings for a defense to capitalize on like swimming pools and Internet searches about chloroform and sexual molestation and the family dog, and so on.

Oh I forgot... the jury doesn’t know... ;^)

I do.

They would have asked her literally hundreds of questions for which there would be no answer friendly to Casey’s situation.

By law the jury cannot take the fact that she didn’t into consideration.

Thanks for the note of agreement.

Perhaps so, but you still have to have evidence and present it it in such a way it supports your case.

The prosecution missed doing so and so they lost the case. There was no conclusive evidence as to cause of death and who the killer was.
