How many hrs to smoke it done ?
I can remember 12 hrs for the pork, but (get it?), don’t recall how long on the turkey, but the internal temp was 164 when I took it off. Probably 3 or 4 hrs.
Oh, yeah, the leftovers were frozen and supplied several more meals.
