When the numbers continue to get worse, it will be because of 'uncertainty' caused by the entrenched Republicans. They slowed the economy down. They caused the markets to stumble. THEY DID IT! There's your sign for 2012..
You can see it like a slow motion train wreck - Turbo Timmy has been warning about this uncertainty, BO does it almost everyday now. They are pulling the spikes out of the rails while pointing at the conductor.

Right, the loss of the payroll tax income does cause SS to cash in more of its IOUs to make up the shortfall. SS is paying out more than it is taking in and has been doing so for the last several years. What most people don’t know is that the bill that cut the payroll tax for individuals included a clause that said the money would have to be paid back to SS in the form of non-market T-Bills, i.e., IOUs. So what we really have is a stimulus that spends money we don’t have.

Great! I hope it catches on, if enough of us give out the information that - ‘yes you can give to the government~and here’s how’.....it might wake a few people up (OK, probably not) well, at least it will shut up a bunch of people (at least when you are around...:>)
