Will any reporter have the nerve to ask Obama why he is always late compared to President Bush who was always on time?
Kabar, I would have put $1,000 on Intrade this morning that you would have at hand , at the ready, a significant factual response to the faux-in-chief. We, especially those of us who would rather have guys like you do the digging, owe you large.
Chris Plante live commentary on WMAL.com is priceless.
“willing to work with republicans on tax reform, provided taxes remain suffiently PROGRESSIVE”
“let me tell you about the difference between a professional politician and the public at large”
“millionaires and billionaires”
“oil companies with billions of dollars in profits”
good thing it’s too early for a drinking game
He really said we have to eat our peas? Or at least Congress has to??
Between Governor Palin’s sugar and his peas, we better get ready for a food fight!
Richard Wolffe, MSNBC. Mix of proposed taxes and cuts seems unfair to Democrats (not enough tax increases, too much cuts), explain.
Yes, that is exactly what he said. And it should be hung around his neck. Rhetorically.
Can’t watch him or listen to him. Is he whistling his ss’s? He seems to do that when he’s trying to appear serious otherwise he speaks in his homey voice.
I am beginning to believe that a large portion of the almost daily televised propaganda speeches is designed solely to piss more people off. He is succeeding in a very big way in that regard.
“It’s hard to get people to do hard things...” Wow.
Well, THAT's good news.
Hold the line, Boehner.
only because we're buying them.
American people are too stupid and need to pay attention to taking care of their fams. Zero and the congress will make all the decisions. (? about poll 60+% Americans don’t want DC raised)
Anyone know what the DJIA is doing while Obama postulates?
He does everything "bass ackwards" anyway - so load a shotgun and fire peas into the "out end" ???
Now one of these so-called reporters is asking why the $4 trillion cut includes a ration of 4 to 1 in terms of cuts to revenue. Doesn't seem balanced. What a softball question. More cuts means less money for the poor, the sick, the elderly, medical research, etc. Now he takes off on his class warfare.
Food fight, LOL!
Every word he speaks reeks of contempt and superiority. He tells us that because the public may not understand all the intricacies of financial instruments, we therefore should let gummint do the thinking for us. Nothing but demagoguery.
He did say one thing I agree with “Most Democrats would prefer to not touch entitlement spending”.
And if he’s got a “couple hundred thousand dollars he doesn’t need’ - then WRITE A DAMN CHECK TO THE IRS BARRY! Feel free to spend your own money, just keep your hands off ours.
