We had 28 theaters sold out for 12:01 and 3am.
Tickets were sold out through the weekend. We had tickets for 4pm Friday to join our friends who couldn’t come with us to the Midnight showing. The party was starting all over again Friday night.
We just resolved that there is a “movieverse” and a “novelverse” so we enjoyed the flick.
Probably the only way to watch any favorite book translated to the silver screen.
IMHO, the books should have been made into a miniseries each, not 2 hr movies.
