Urgent message to the Tea Party Freshmen and fiscal conservatives: HOLD THE LINE!

HOLD THE LINE!!

They'll have to come back to you. DEMAND a REAL CUT in spending!! Do not under any circumstance approve a debt ceiling increase!! Instead, insist on real spending cuts NOW!! The country is bankrupt. Do not allow them to take us deeper into debt! It's time for the HOUSE to do its job of controlling the spending!

The federal government is bankrupt due to Obama's reckless spending. Cut up his credit cards and force him to quit spending! It's time to put Obama and company into receivership! Make them come to the House to authorize current payments on the debts as they come due so that we don't default. Do not authorize any spending whatsoever on discretionary items until the spending crisis is solved. Pay the obligated social security checks, the military, the interest and the required debt payments, but that's just about it until our fiscal house is in order!

Make no bones about it. We sent you to Washington for one reason and one reason only and that is to take control of our big spending, big taxing problems and get our economy going again so our our people can get back to work!! Do not let the DC ruling class sway you. Do not take your eye off the ball. Do not fail to do your job! Our nation's survival depends upon your vote!!

Tell Boehner to get HIS ass in line!! Cut the damned spending, already!!

Reinforcements are coming in 2012!!

Rebellion is brewing!!

DON'T TREAD ON ME!!

silentknight: Someone asked me today what it would take for American’s to have another civil war or revolution.

What would it take? IMHO a further melt down where the RINO's join the Dems and start our version of Austerity. But the Dem's version of Austerity will have massive tax hikes but no lowering of entitlements.

You will have half the population supporting the other and its not sustainable. Then open revolt will happen.

“Zot this clown already, Jim.”

Oh, that is so very mature (not). Someone talks like an adult instead of a teenager and you want them zotted.

On this

:You will have half the population supporting the other and its not sustainable. Then open revolt will happen:

Unfortunately I am afraid the riots and revolt may first come from the WELFARE recipients coming to claim their wealth

“Are you advocating insurrection and treason against the United States?”

I think he’s advocating that we save it.

“I advocate nothing, just stating the obvious. The American people will stomach only so much tyranny.”

The nonsense happening in D.C. isn’t tyranny.....it is just stupidity and irresponsible behavior. Hopefully, it will be corrected in 2012.

I do not disagree, though I sense the revolt has begun and the live ammo rounds being fired (thus far) are coming from the Great Society and the New World Order. The TEA has held their fire, but have had the nerve to stand and disagree. More power to the TEA for their principled stand in the face of the enemy ... imho

Boehner isn't your enemy.
Two thirds of the federal government is.

I agree. At this point, Boehner should get "something" through. Reid has already threatened he will change it to "something else" that obama might accept. He will. Then the House conference can change it again to close to what they originally had. The ONE provision they should keep is the one that is driving obama nuts.....the lower increase in the debt ceiling which forces him to possibly revisit this during his reelection process.

Get this new "compromise" passed through the House around 10 pm, Aug. 1. Make the dems' either not pass it, obama veto it, whatever it is they choose.

Boehner has been trying to pass something that will pass muster with the reality of knowing the budget that exists today, MSM, constituents, Tea Party desires. Problem is, obama will only accept his way or the highway. Make the dems/obama decide which way it goes. I see no other way at this point to get anything.

Call his bluff, but do it at the last minute.

Obama is a wannabee dictator. If the Republicans cave, it’ll be another step in that direction. Especially if they give him a “Super Congress!” Dumb, dumb, dumb!

Hold the line!!

Do the people voting have time to read it in the House, by the timeline?

I'm IN.

Jackass McCain is being replayed on CNN (I know, I know, "Communist News Network") now insulting both Sharron Angle and Christine O'Donnell by name, and the entire Tea Party Movement. Reprehensible.

Hold the Line Tonight.

They are being threatened by Boehner that this will end their political career, as if Texas voters are for more reckless government spending.

So, where's Rick Perry in all of this?

Maybe he shouldn't have taken the job in the first place if it's so damned tough. He's turning his back on and threatening the very people who made his position of leadership possible. He's worried ONLY about himself and the corrupt GOP while letting the Nation be damned just so HE can say, “I made a deal.”

...and BTW, Boehner IS my enemy. Him and every one of those career and/or dynastic politicians who lie to and cheat the American taxpayer and call it “public service.” They are scum just like the party apparatchiks on both sides of the aisle.

I’m with you. here is what I wrote on an earlier thread.

“There is no debt crisis that can’t be cured by scaling back our spending.”

And there is not going to be any significant spending cuts with the present admin and senate. We have to look at the big picture. Get a deal that looks reasonable and puts the Dims in a bad light as possible, but keeps the US solvent.

Then get Palin in there with a GOP Senate to turn Washington upside down, including tax reform and the elimination of baseline budgeting. This is our best shot.
