If they vote it down it returns to the House and can be resubmitted. By tabling it without action it remains alive but sealed in the Senate,forcing the GOP to develop, vote on and submit a different bill
On the other hand if all the senate pubs just vote present not no and it gets sent back to the house and the house pubs vote present not no here either, Guess what they have then. The demons definitely own the whole thing and no claims to bipartisanship.
Dead wrong. The House has now passed 2 bills, they are under no obligation to continue letting Harry Reid be Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of the House. They could tell Harry "You got your bills, we aren't sending you any others, vote for one them or default. The choice is yours".
The GOP should have another Bill ready to go but tougher than the last. Keep submitting Bills and show the people what the Democrats are all about.
NO. No more. The House could be doing this circle for the rest of this term. It stops NOW. THey have door number 1 - Ryan’s budget, door number 2 - CC&B and door number 3 - whatever moves tonite. Let them bring them up for a vote or face the wrath of the American people. Those Senate lines should be on fire this weekend.
