I rarely shop at Wal-mart but I am glad for them. They cured my local Mega-Low Mart of "Big Frog in Little Pond" Syndrome.
Service, selection and prices have all been better since Wal_Mart came to town.

Have to dig up some money and put my truck in the shop tomorrow, sigh. Do that after the super important meeting with the new co so he can detail his regime intentions to the nonrates.
Soo glad I’m leaving..

Walmart put my favorite grocery store out of business because most people liked to shop in one store. It was less than a football field from the store I like. Now they are three miles from here.
And yes, I buy liquids, and dairy products but for the next month, my Restorative will have to stay on the shelf. I don’t want to start something I can’t finish....
I’m off to beddy-bye, Girls. I’m getting a feeling of molasses in my cranium. At least it’s not gray lint.

Yeppers.
But we spent so much time in the shipyard (getting built, then getting re-re-rebuilt) that I actually ate very few meals on board: Almost all of the food was can-of-soup heated on the dashboard, ate sitting on a board “table” on a steel deck wearing a hardhat.

This week they’ve torn our berthings apart to redo the decks and then decided it was a good week for an inspection. I fully expect to fail.

I saw that too in “galt’s” posting history and wondered the same thing.
In this day and age of socialist takeover of our government, one has to be very careful what one says...reminiscent of “The White Rose”, circa 1942.

6-oz. yogurts are $1.88 for four. I’ve stopped buying them until the price drops, which it will when enough people stop buying them.

They didn’t get the rear doors open yet, but the one driving is out and about.
