Okay, I’m confused about why this a big deal to you. Justia.com is a commercial site not a government site. The SCOTUS isn’t involved with and doesn’t oversee Justia.com. It’s late - what am I missing?

Doug Urbanski has a theory. His idea is that Obama knows he can't raise his own poll numbers. So his strategy is to lower everyone's numbers, make people just get disgusted at the whole lot of them. Get people thinking, it doesn't matter, who you vote for, because nothing improves.
In Obama's eyes, that's his path to re-election.
I think it's an interesting take on what's going on. I believe the response to this strategy is to primary RINO squish Republicans to stoke the enthusiasm of the TEA Party, who'll then turn out in droves.
One wonders.....why???

When liberals start admitting that an 0b0z0 couldn't be POTUS, we may have a glimmer of hope. Read the article that says, in part :
Maybe it's because Hillary Clinton's "three in the morning" ad was right—maybe he just doesn't have the experience to be president. Of the top 100 jobs that would qualify one to be president, being a law professor isn't one of them. A plumber would be better qualified than a law professor. Seriously—a plumber is a problem solver who has to keep customers happy. A used car salesman knows how to close a deal. A UPS deliveryman knows how to meet a deadline. A diplomat knows how to be, well, diplomatic. Meaning he doesn't lecture people about "eating their peas" when he needs them to jump on board.
BTW, 0b0z0 IS NOT a "law professor" either!!
To those who voted for obama, in my opinion, you cannot suffer enough. You are getting and will get what you deserve.

Justia is sort of like Google is for internet searches. It is a site for attornies to do research, find dockets etc. I would imagine it is used a LOT when researching case law, it beats the heck out of researching in a huge law library. That it is being scrubbed is abhorrent. It would be like google censoring refrences to foxnews or something.

In fact, the wretched SOB has never done anything useful, ever, in his entire "professional" (term used loosely) life.
As I understand it, Justia is not a govt/SCOTUS site .. it’s the prominent judicial reference blog, apparently, but being it’s civilian, it means any level of muckraking obot can be operating there just like they do everywhere else they do .. on every front .. lying, twisting and conveniently excluding judicial facts to throw people off the truth.
The massive, comprehensive coverup has been operational on every front for this cretin since before he announced for potus.
It’s truly despicable .. and it would seem mandatory that, for any cases where Justia’s legal references were used in SCOTUS case arguments (which you’d hope they’d NOT be using Justia), those cases should definitely now be treated with suspicion and re-opened.

For posterity, due to the incredibly important nature of this information, I have decided to keep the investigative report exactly where I first published it, in the comments section of my previous report.
This is beyond shocking. Somebody, back in 2008, just prior to the election, ordered these revisions and saw to their execution. This is direct tampering with United States law. And it is evidence that Minor v. Happersett was known to be a huge stumbling block to POTUS eligibility.
It confirms that Minor v. Happersett was seen as a dangerous US Supreme Court precedent which construed the natural-born citizen clause of Article 2 Section 1 to make only those persons born in the US to citizen parents (plural)… eligible to be President.
According to binding US Supreme Court precedent, Obama is not eligible to be President. And we are obviously very late coming to this legal truth.
Somebody at Justia.com tried to control and alter our awareness by hiding important Supreme Court references to Minor dating back to 2008. This is smoking gun proof of tampering. Please read my full report here.
