That is not true, every thing gets cut not just Defense, it s across the board. Are you telling me there is nothing in Defense that cannot be cut? That’s why I prefer the Mack-Paul plan anyway.

That is not true, every thing gets cut not just Defense,I think the problem is if cuts are made 50% of the cuts must come from defense. It is not across the board. If they really wanted to cut across the board then all they had to do was freeze budgets at last years level. We can never get ahead of these guys as long as there is baseline budgeting.

So you are saying the trigger cuts to defense are pretty minor compared to the overall defense budget??
Some libs on MSNBC are claiming this is a victory for Obama, I heard $400B defense cuts over ten years added to a $600B trigger as $1T total cuts possible and they said that was 10% I think.
