I think he was too buzzed out on crack and it took that long to make him presentable enough to read the teleprompter. There is no logical excuse why an executive that has scheduled a press conference is that far behind schedule.
Nothing new in Obama’s speech. I guess he expected a different outcome this time. There is a saying about someone who keeps doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different out come each time.
