They are being recalled because the GOP brings a calculator to the budget talks. The Dems hate that!!! They only want pizza and fairy tales.

Thanks. It’s payback, then. In a normal world, all six of the Repubs would win.

Yes...there is another set of recalls coming up for Democrat Senators who fled the state - hopefully some of those will be picked up for the good guys.

The unions have controlled the democratic party for years and we finally got a Republic Governor that stood up to them. The corrupt democrats gave the unionistas whatever they wanted and the union members contributed to the politicans election campaigns. Lots of union money to support the rats.

Due to a major budget deficit, he and the republicans enacted a law that government union members contribute appox 5-6% to the their retirement and pay part of their health insurance and eliminate collective bargaining except for wages. They balanced the budget for next 2 years.

So the democrat senators left the state for 10 days+ and we didn’t have a quorum. So the unionistas sat in the capitol and slept there and left it with a couple hundred thousand in damages.

This has been in the national news at least on Fox. I don’t watch the other garbage.

Why are they not calling this one yet? Must be some pretty big precincts that have not yet reported, which makes me think the Dems are holding back. Long night yet.....

Olsen still leading 54% with 96% in.

Darling trailing with 44% with 39% in.

Hopper pulled ahead with 51% with 79% in.

Kapanke is still trailing.

I’m puzzled too... with only five precincts left to report, the margin is now 3,631 (24,321 to 20,690)

I don’t know what’s going on. I read there are other sites giving more current information.

Olson just declared the winner... three held so far...
As for the others, one is close, one has a low percentage of precincts reporting, and the third looks like a loss (Kapanke)...

Kapanke lost. Now 18-15.

Republicans will still control if they win 1 of the remaing seats.

Looks like a recount in Oshkosh as a 100 vote difference with 87 % reporting.

Darling race still at 40%
