Bachmann is serving her 3rd full term in the U.S. House. Founder of the House Tea Party Caucus, she earned a Master of Laws degree, worked as a tax attorney, and was a foster mother for 23 teenagers. She is a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Herman Cain
Cain is the former chief executive of Godfather's Pizza and former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He lost the Georgia Republican primary for a U.S. Senate seat in 2004. He was recently the host of Atlanta-based radio show.
Newt Gingrich
Gingrich served as the 58th Speaker of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 1999. He represented Georgia's 6th congressional district as a Republican member from 1979 to 1999. He has a PhD in modern European history.
Ron Paul
Paul is serving his 11th full term in the U.S. House. He’s an obstetrician-gynecologist and was the Libertarian nominee for president in 1988. He unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for president in 2008
Tim Pawlenty
Pawlenty served two terms as governor of Minnesota, from 2002 to 2010. He served in the Minnesota House from 1992 until 2002. He is the son of a truck driver.
Mitt Romney
Romney was the 70th Governor of Massachusetts (2003 to 2007) and former CEO of Bain Capital, a private equity investment firm. He unsuccessfully sought the Republican 2008 nomination for president. He has an MBA (Harvard) and JD (Harvard Law).
Rick Santorum
Santorum served two terms in the U.S. House and two terms in the U.S. Senate. He became the Senate's third-ranking Republican in 2001. He was defeated for reelection in 2006.
Jon Huntsman
Huntsman was Utah Governor, former ambassador to China under Barack Obama.

Zero would be burnt toast (no racism intended :) ) but Newt will be better served by helping the others with their debating skills. :)

Cain is the only one who improved his standing in my eyes tonight (except Newt, but I won’t consider him as the nominee).
I’m not sure who “won” tonight but I do know this: Freepers your enemy was nowhere on that podium tonight. He’s in Washington and his name is Barack Obama.
Look at it this way: if Fox hosts a Democrat debate, think of the entertainment with these kinds of questions!
Huntsman is the worst of everyone in the race.
He is a man of few words, but well chosen and straight forward. As most successful administrators who inspire confidence.
I agree. Sarah Palin is very smart and knows what she’s doing. Because of that, I doubt she’s going to be running.

These idiots who keep saying Obama doesn’t know what to do to help our economy...he not trying to help our economy, he’s trying to destroy it and the nation it belongs to.

Obama had the "youth" vote in 2008. McCain wasn't going to get the youth vote anyway -- which doesn't mean a Republican can't get it.
But Obama doesn't have it now. Millions who voted in 2008 probably won't show up in 2012.
And the proportion of conservative youths who will show up next November will be much higher. I wouldn't write off the "youth vote", just yet.
Perry's fine. I could vote for Perry. I could vote for Palin. I will vote for whoever wins the nomination.
