To Whom It May Concern: Dear Freepers,
With sincere thanks from our hearts to everyone who's donated, our 3rd Quarter Freepathon is almost at its goal! As always, both newer and longtime generous FReepers are now making multiple donations in addition to their Monthly Donations, which Jim and his magnificent Freepathon Team truly appreciate, but it shouldn't have to come to that. Everyone who's able should want to donate! Nobody should expect or want to ride free.
*Our* Free Republic is the premiere conservative forum and website on the whole of the Internet! We pride ourselves that we are self-supporting! No commercial ads or enterprises which would restrict and intrude upon the Freedom and Liberty we all enjoy.
During this Freepathon Jim's dedicated Team has worked very hard to recruit New Monthly Donors and thus far, 119 FReepers have signed-up to be New Monthly Donors! Thanks very much to all New Monthly Donors and to all seven generous sponsors who combined to donate $10 to FR for each and every one of the 119 New Monthly Donors! You all ROCK! Attaining our goal for our 4th Quarter Freepathon should be a lot easier given the vastly increased number of New Monthly Donors and, of course, it's never too late to sign-up! We're always looking for New Monthly Donors!
We all realize that a small populace of regular user-members, who can well afford to donate, will likely never donate for whatever reasons of their own, so we must ask the better of you who plan to contribute but haven't as yet, if you could make your contributions today or very soon? After 44 Days, it's really time to try to get this Freepathon done.
Despite the Marxist's deplorable economy, is it really asking too much of our regular user-members, who aren't financially strapped or unemployed, to donate $5.00 or $10.00 a Month, or to make a $10.00 or $20.00 donation now to keep Free Republic up and running?
I don't know, maybe it is asking too much, it's your call. Is Free Republic worth the price of a WhataBurger or BigMac with Fries? $5 a Month? How about 2 BigMac's with fries? $10 a Month? *smile*!
We are FReepers; we're Conservatives, we're not part of any entitlement mentality. FReepers ROCK and FReepers are the absolute best and FReepers always come through.
Jim Robinson brings this wonderful forum to us and isn't our duty as FReepers to support and keep FR on the air? Just try to imagine what you would do without Free Republic! Of course that's not going to happen now, because Jim's Freepathon Team will keep this Freepathon open for as long as it takes.
