IMHO, many people have some hoser like Obama that they know.
He’s sort of like the Kramer of the group, except he is completely unfunny.
A maroon that is all talk. Only really is known by a few people who know he is a complete waste intellectually. He “comes off” smart. But is extremely lazy and just wants to do drugs of various kinds - drugs are the one thing that he knows anything about. But he’s a legend in his own mind. He thinks he is a natural leader. He’s read just enough to be able to drop phrases and ideas, but has no real understanding of anything. Pathetic job history. Never pays for anything; offers cheezy excuses for why he can’t pay. He thinks he is super “cool” and loved by women, but he only winds up with women that are easily taken in by his cheeziness. He’s a modern-day take on the ‘70’s lounge lizard. He thinks he has all sorts of connections with powerful and / or dangerous people, but he is viewed by everyone as a cheezeball waste case. Always tries to coast through everything on the back of someone else - that’s why he tries to befriend people who actually are doing things.
