It’s incredible that someone that stupid can hold the top position in the country. When I worked in the sewer department, they joked that the big chunks float to the top. I guess that’s true in this case.

I’ve had the instructions to post pics for 2 years already.
I think that what stops me is the part that you need to get a PhotoBucket acct or something....
Tell me the whole process is so easy a caveman can do it and I’ll give it a whirl before the end of the year.

Photobucket and other image hosting sites such as imgur and tinypic are free and easy to join. You can pay a subscription fee for an upgrade that eliminates ads and increases the bandwidth you’re allowed to carry on the site.
You can just search for any of them and follow the link provided by Bing, Google, dogpile, or whichever engine you use.
Learn by doing. Trial and error. Watch what happens when you push this or that button. You will learn quickly.
