of course I want the recipe. post it for everyone. I love coconut milk. I am a big Thai food fan & it is used a lot. When I lived in Panama I had my first introduction to Mangoes. I never had them growing up. But the introduction was not a great one. We lived in the office quarters... in back were many mango trees. The fruit was on the ground, rotting, fermenting etc. don’t think I ever had one. years later had some in mixed alcohol drinks.. A mango mojito it pretty good

Definitely post the recipe!

A few weeks ago, came home to find a bag of mangoes on the front stoop. A few days later, the doorbell rang. Neighbor asked if we wanted mangoes. Big mango crop this year. Last year I did the same with my bumper crop of avocados.

Mango anything is good! :) I lived in the Philippines as a kid, I don't recall having them before that. Lovely that you can get them all over the place now. OK here is the link:

http://eatitanyway.com/cook-it/mango-honey-sherbet/ Only thing is, because it is sweetened with honey it will harden pretty solid in the freezer, so either eat it right away (what we do) or zap it about 5 or so seconds in the microwave just enough to be able to scoop it out if you had leftovers. MMMMMM it's good. And not overly sweet (altho you can make it sweeter if you want to)

I mean to add, I only just started using coconut milk in stuff, great thing to keep on your shelf. Now THAT is probably good hurricane food! (to make this appropriate so NN doesn’t kick us out of here!)
