Watching the news now and there is a lot of major damage from flash flooding.
Prayers for the people of Vermont and the other damaged areas.

Yes...it WAS over-hyped, but when it reached its terminus up in Vermont I thought it would be weakened and petered out..I didn’t think Vermont would take the hit that it has...when it came through MA, I thought it would have spent so much that it would just be some heavy rain.
I didn’t know how heavy. Boy, was I wrong about that. They are really taking it on the chin up there.

And it allowed the PRETENDER IN CHIEF to be in charge (as compared to Bush and his failure in New Orleans) to improve his ever falling approval ratings. Obama and his handlers think Americans are dumb enough to factor his silliness into their decision making process. In some cases, they are right (i.e. some Americans are much dumber than that, they will vote for Obama again).
