The spokesman says Florida's drug testing law is unconstitutional, saying it violates the Fourth Amendment's search and seizure protections. Where in the constitution is he granted a right to taxpayer-paid funds?

Exactly! He is not required to ask for this "assistance," so, this is LESS of a 4th Amendment violation than ANYTHING the TSA is doing to Americans on a daily basis! And HELL, the TSA is doing this when the only involvement of the GOVERNMENT in your decision to fly is excessive taxes and fees!!
Don't like the rules to get welfare, then do NOT particpate in welfare - pay for your own family and their costs!! DUH!
