There's no official word, but the Westboro Baptist Church may come to Carson City and picket the services for the three National Guard members killed on Tuesday. That's the same group that protested at Brianna Denison's funeral. According to a Twitter post from Shirley Phelps-Roper, she and her fellow church members would return to Carson City and picket. The church, which is primarily the relatives of Pastor Fred Phelps, believes such killings are God's judgment against the homosexual lifestyle.

This is part of the group that protests at military funerals. Their official reason is because "God doesn't like gays" and somehow they think the military has condoned the lifestyle.
