FBI agents on Thursday executed search warrants at the headquarters of Solyndra LLC, which was awarded more than $500,000 in federal stimulus loans in 2009 to make solar panels in what the Obama administration called part of an aggressive effort to put more Americans to work and end U.S. dependence on foreign oil.
But the company filed a bankruptcy petition Tuesday in Delaware, asking a court to bar phone, electricity and water and sewer service providers from “altering, refusing or discontinuing service,” and now is the focus of an investigation by the FBI and the Energy Department's Office of Inspector General.
FBI spokesman Peter Lee said he could not provide details about the investigation.
A little more than a year ago, President Obama hailed Solyndra during a tour of the company, saying it expected to hire 1,000 workers and make enough panels over the lifetime of its planned expanded facility that it would be like replacing eight coal-fired power plants.
“It’s here that companies like Solyndra are leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future,” Mr. Obama said.

WHATTT!!!!!! The “Just Us” Department giving a FOB (Friend of Barry) and anal exam? I hope they also look at Barry’s Bundler (investor in Solyndra) getting paid back before WE get paid back.
The Times is only off by a thousand. The company actually got more than half a BILLION in loans guaranteed by Obama.
The company was a fraudulent criminal enterprise, and Obama probably ordered Holder to get them ahead of the story and make it look like they’re cracking down on the fraud rather than profiting from it (as Obama will via his bundler, one of Solyndra’s major “investors”).
Are they looking for criminal activity? or are they just siezing all the records so that none of obama’s friends can be found by anyone else
What prompted this action?
Maybe someone inside the organization leaked that they were going to roll over on obama?
This is just a cleanup before congress can get any documents

I smell a RAT when Obama’s [in]Justice Department via the FBI, closes in on a company that had the strong $$$ support from Hussein Obama. There is something rotten in Copenhagen!!!
Several posts about this already today. Also posts about the shareholder’s links to the Obama administration, and their many meetings at the WH before this deal went through. My bet’s on the FBI doing a cleansing of any records or data related to the administration’s involvement with this firm.

And now Obama and everyone else in the administration can use the excuse that they can't comment about it because they're "under investigation" if anyone asks.

Just making it appear they are doing something. I’d bet bunches of that 1/2 Billion ended up bundled into some gift to the DNC.

The FBI is looking for anything incriminating to the Obama Administration so they can destroy the evidence.

...it WILL be really hard for the Congress to re-assemble shredded documents, will it not?...heh heh heh...
A caller yesterday to the Mark Levin show said that she was an employee of the bankrupt company and that it was common knowledge amongst the workers that even during groundbreaking for the building that the technology was already obsolete and rejected by the Chinese, but the company continued with it anyway since it was free Obama money.
Get to it before liveleaks does?
