And's he's definitely losing...it. I think so, anyway. His eyes had shopping bags underneath them, they were red and his delivery seemed spastic. And leaving? People were talking to him and he kept saying 'thank you' and ignoring them. Politicians always find the seconds to schmooze. He's coming unwound.
