I am with you, think it could be great. However she is scheduled now to be on Fox Gretta Monday night live after the debate.

However I suppose this could be a decoy? not likely

BTW I am with her no matter how long she waits, I hope the deadline does not pass the end of Sept though...whatever

For me, two things will happen if Governor Palin announces.

1. My Paypal account will diminish rapidly, only containing enough money to meet my Monthly FR Contribution. At the moment my account balance falls, the monetary balance in the Sarah Palin Presidential Election Fund will automatically increase by the same amount.

2. As if by magic, a Palin 2012 sticker will appear on the rear window of my car.

Since I live in California, I will expect people that I have never met, and some that I have, to question me on my decision to back Governor Palin for the Republican Presidential nomination. I will take every opportunity to tell those people exactly why she is what this Country needs, while also explaining to them why Pres__ent Obummer, the “historic” first Marxist President, was and is the biggest mistake the American Electorate has ever made.

Ultimately, Governor Palin will have to show she has what it takes over the other contenders. I have no illusions that the process will be grueling, and only time will tell who makes it to the finish line to face Obama in the General Election.

If Governor Palin decides not to run, I will let the Primary Election process take its course. I have no favorites in the current field, but I pledge to support the ultimate winner in the Primary process. The United States of America cannot endure another four years of the One and his cronies in the Congress, nor can the future makeup of the Supreme Court be left to these America hating Progressives that are a rotting cancer within our Constitutional Government.

One thing is certain, the next fourteen months will be like nothing we have ever seen in modern Presidential Politics.
If “The One” loses his reelection bid, I wonder how many innocents will be harmed when “Holders People” revolt. I take no comfort is saying that, but I have seen what the Riots of the past did to certain parts of Southern California.

It will happen, and we all know it. What a Legacy for Obama.

It’s just your own original thinking that the former governor who has been among the top three polled preferences for president all year is the first such pol who somehow, incredibly could do more good out of office than as president?

Palin uniquely is better suited for cheerleading than any other former guv so preferred for president? And this ‘original thinking’ has nothing to do with her opponents repeating the same nonsense nonstop for the last year or three?

If she runs, I intend to buy multiple copies of the movie “The Undefeated” as well, giving personal showings to skeptics, and even loaning the movie out for various evenings.

Sorry fella, I was thinking of Buckley and Rusher and the other conservatives who changed the Republican party without being politicians themselves. That was all. And I can’t recall anyone else making this argument you say everyone has been making. Can you point to an example?

All the talking heads on TV and many of them in print have been making this argument. Most recently perhaps was Laura and Ann on the BOR show. Surely you didn’t miss that clip?

Again, no other successful and popular former governor (or former VP candidate) has been pitched as more valuable outside the political arena. Or unable to tear themselves away from making money for a run. Or having too good a life at home to want to run. Or any of that.

I never watch BOR or clips. I read there was a dust-up but nothing about how Palin could be more effective on the outside. It is my own thought but I didn’t claim a patent on it or anything. The point I was making was only that if Palin decides not to run people shouldn’t bash her for it until they see what she does in the future.

Palin also criticized the Republican field for not having pressed harder on deficit issues during the debate. "It surprised me that some of the political street smarts weren't on display and these candidates weren't able to pivot from some of the questions to answering the questions in the terms of what the voters needed to hear," Palin said.

When I watched the clip, it seemed to me she was criticizing the DEBATE FORMAT for not paving the way for the Republican Field to talk about pertinent things.

She sure is sounding good. Personally, I think Palin has ENORMOUS cross-over and "independent" appeal, spades more than Perry. There's a lot to like in Perry and Bachmann and Cain, but a lot MORE to like in Palin. I hope she runs.

One thing struck me first: if she's made up her mind to the negative, why wait to announce it?

I wonder how good she is at poker?

William Friggin Buckley was not a force for Conservative

Good grief, is there anyone so pure that someone on here won't trash them? We don't have to support everything someone supports to acknowledge their contribution to the cause.

And when you get a chance read "God and Man at Yale" (1951)

I love your thinking!!! If she declares, I think we, her backers, should decide California will go for her and make it happen. I believe it can be done. Call me crazy...(I’m used to it!) :)
