Perrywinkle should have stopped when he said he made a mistake on Gardasil but he continued to argue the reasoning; that’s when the quicksand sucked him under. Same thing on state wetback tuition - how can it be reasonably argued that wetbacks should get cheaper tuition than out of state US citizens. Totally indefensible! He said it’s not the Dream Act, but I say it’s pretty damn close.
You know, I've enjoyed the discussion in this thread tonight. People have been adamant about their positions, and have spoken harshly about candidates, but whether I agreed or not, I appreciated what was being said.
Then I hit your comment, and it just knocked me off-kilter. I think it's because of the childish knick-name use. I think that's what spins people up on other threads as well, that when people don't like a candidate, instead of voicing thier dissapproval, they feel it necessary to make up some cute, infantile name for the candidate.
That is one thing I haven't seen -- anybody making up a name for Sarah Palin.
