Romney is Obama-Lite. Take the simple pledge:

I will not vote for Romney for any reason.

Your position is what the RINO’s and closet leftist count on.

I refuse to be taken for granted, again.

If Romney appears too likely to get the nomination I will resign the Republican party and go independent.

That WILL get their attention, they are making a very serious effort to attract independents INTO the party. NOT to create more of them.

I’m disgusted with the way “Our” side keeps compromising away our rights and freedoms, time for the OTHER side to “Give” for a change.

I would vote FOR Romney under two and only two conditions.

Condition 1: He has a staunch conservative (as proved by voting or governing record) as the VP

Condition 2: the House and the Senate are slated to be absolutely veto overturning conservative.

As far as I am concerned, a formidable Conservative House and a Jim DeMint type Senate, overturns the veto of any President to the bill that abolishes every shred of Obamacare. That's where the majority of our efforts need to be. Yes, by all means vote AGAINST the elitist Republican establishment wing of the ruling political class in every primary and fully support any candidate that supports the Fair Tax or flat tax and term limits for members of Congress. I will be financially supporting any candidate that runs against John Boehner or Mitch McConnell, Obamalamadingdong's ruling class enabelers.

It won’t work again. I have voted ever since Nixon and look where it has got us. I’ve never voted for a RAT and we still have a commie.

The only way anyone can get my vote is if they are conservative. period. So, nominate a conservative!!!

One more try:

I have held my nose and voted for the lesser of two evils all but one of the elections. I’ve done it YOUR WAY in the hopes that NEXT TIME THEY’LL LISTEN TO CONSERVATIVES.

It hasn’t happened yet. I’m getting old. I don’t have much time left and I’ve done it your way up until now and it is about time things are done my way.

It’s going to be a pivotal election. Rather than staying home, go vote for your candidates and bypass the presidential section.

History will judge us on what road we take next.

And unlike the the majority of nations that have ever existed, I suspect God will also judge us individually on our voting booth choices - why ? Simply because the leaders we elect are a reflection upon us.

Again, I reiterate- We should nominate a counter-Obama in every way possible. Not an Obama lite. On the mathematics of fiscal spending alone, it’s now or never. No more globalists, no more socialists.

There’s one on, bottom o’ the ninth and we’re down a run. With two out, we don’t have the luxury of a sacrifice bunt. It’s time for that Kirk Gibson home run.

You forgot the part where he convinced McCain to go for the fascist bailouts.

Well, I hope to God Romney doesn’t get the nomination then because we’ll still end up with 4 more of Obama and we’ll have tried it “YOUR” way this time.

You do realize that Romney would never nominate a Scalia/Thomas/Alito to the SC right?

Stevens was a Rino pick remember?

If Romney is the nominee, SCOTUS is already lost unless the conservatives can stay healthy.

“Romney is Obama-Lite”

I hate hyperbole. This stupid thread just makes me want to give up.
Even the RINO queens,Collins and Snowe, would be better than Obama. Can you imagine what damage he could do to this country with 4 more years and not having to worry about re-election?

Oh, the list is very, very long. Much longer than my synopsis. But I don’t know why any real conservative would need any more reason to never vote for him than I listed.

The SC predictions are getting very stale. Reagan gave us Kennedy, so that’s all I need to say about that.

I will not vote for Romney in a Primary for any reason, BUT, if it comes to Romney vs Obama in November, well I guess I will have to get off my ass and go vote for our country like I did against obama the first time... at least that time, I told myself I was voting for Palin, not McCain...

I will not vote for him in the primary. I will be voting for the Republican nominee in the general election.

“There is a difference between Kennedy and Stevens don’t you think?”

Not in a 5-4 decision that goes in favor of the libs there ain’t!

I always vote for who I think is the most conservative candidate in the race. I will work hard against Romney in the primary and will probably vote for Bachmann, Cain or Perry.

If all my candidates lose and the general election is Romney versus Obama, I will vote Romney.

Then I will try to hold his feet to the fire until 2016, at which time I will work to help find a more conservative candidate to primary him.

Sitting out an election is always just not an option for me. Sitting out of this election when a lunatic is in charge of the country would be treasonous.

I won't pledge this. If it's Romney versus Obama, Romney gets my vote.
