“Dining at places serving alcohol,”
Um, Colorado CWP do not restrict dining at places that serve alcohol. In fact, it doesn’t even restrict drinking alcohol. Our only law is being in possession of a weapon while drunk.
Then the rules changes since I got my CCW.
