America is still fighting over President Obama's costly bailout of Chrysler and General Motors. Especially the owners of Ford, the only member of Detroit's "Big Three" who rejected the government dole and emerged perfectly healthy.

The 3.6 liter Ecoboost.
I'm looking at a new f150 and read up on the engine. It has more horsepower and torque than the 5.0 V8 and costs around $2,500 more.
Before reading this thread it was between the Tundra and the F150. Ford just won me over by having the balls to run this ad. It's the 150 for me - I like the way it looks better than the Tundra anyway.

Look for results of the 55 vehicles being tested under NHTSAs new 5-star safety ratings system to be posted on the agencys website, www.safercar.gov. When the new safety ratings become available, consumers will not be able to compare them to old ones since the testing criteria has changed. It will also be more difficult to achieve a high safety rating in this new program.
I have seen several different ad’s by ford about not taking the bail out....good commercials...but I don’t watch network TV so don’t know if they are running on the networks...I have satellite.
I’m glad to hear those ads are running. I have satellite too but I don’t watch very much of that.
Love this and it’s our feelings exactly. Thanks... :-)
