Guess BOR never heard of Rush Limbaugh.

Or Sarah Palin. She actually drives the media "narrative" and has been functioning as Shadow President (to apply the British notion of "shadow" to our Presidency) the past two and a half years. Meanwhile BOR has just continued living up to his initials, being an insufferable bore.

I stopped watching BOR ten years ago when I figured out that he took extreme positions all over the map so that once in a while anybody from any political position would think O'Reilly agreed with them.

He has no guiding principles, other than audience share, and he thinks audience share proves something.
