The Texas Dream Act does not give "preferential treatment" to anyone. It simply gives the same treatment to all students who graduate from Texas High Schools.
Are you insane?
Probably. Can you give me a good reason why anchor babies should be treated better than children who are born in Mexico but brought here by their parents when they are a week old?
If you can give me a valid reason then maybe I am insane.

Because, whether I like it or not, anchor babies by law are citizens.
That’s one thing you don’t get and have no respect for. THE LAW.
It’s about THE LAW, not your emotions.
Who in the HELL do you think is paying for these illegals being here, crowding our emergency rooms, using it as their free hospitals, crowding our schools, taking our jobs?
And now we are supposed to REWARD THEM?
What part of “illegal” do you not understand.
I’m not going to waste a lot of time with you, because you are one of the last 2 or 3 remaining flailing idiots who will never “get it.”
Let the illegal parents pay their tuition - not taxpayers! If they can’t, that’s the breaks - let the kid get a job and learn you don’t get things off of anyone’s back. That education alone is priceless! Why are you so fond of rewarding bad behavior? BTW, whose is paying for their health care?
