I guess you know a lot more about this case than the two judges and jurors who could not believe the DNA evidence. And more about her personal life than most of us. So please tell us!

How do you figure? The Prosecutor is notorious for making up stuff to fit his story. Private investigators have looked into the case and say her story makes way more sense than the Prosecutors. Italian Parliament is looking into ways to shut this dude down because he has a history of this stuff. He is bad news.

Everyone knows what to believe. The guy who did the killing was initially sentenced to 33 years or thereabouts. They took 17 years off his sentence to name Knox and her former boyfriend.

That right there would get this bounced out of an American court in about 3 seconds.

BUT the prosecutor was a bit of a kook and the evidence was really suspect.
