She’s strange building people’s hopes up, that ridiculous bus tour, Tea Party speeches, waiting THIS LONG to announce this. She was never up to it and never deserving of the respect of people.

This was barely reported last night except by FNC where she works, and they knew all along what her plans were because of campaign law and she had to tell them, comtrary to imaginative theories on the matter posted on Palin threads.
No one was calling for her to jump in yesterday besides some here and C4P. It was not even discussed. Most have long ago moved on.

There’s not going to be any time. There is no future for her and no future for this country. Good luck she thinks she’s going to live peacefully with her family.
She’s not now and never will be up for it.
Maybe the ones pinning their hopes on one person is a bit like the messiah worship we saw in 2008. Kind of scary to those outside looking in. Also scary for the candidate I would think.

I’ve been saying for a long time that Sarah doesn’t need the chains that will be put on her by announcing or possibly winning the presidency.
She doesn’t need the BS? This country doesn’t need the BS. There is no future for her. She has just destroyed her only chance and this country will not make it that far!
What makes you think Palin has changed or her ideals or love of country has changed. We should not be so upset we didn't get our way. But, be glad we have her to run against Socialism, the regime, and support conservatives who face tough races in many areas,IMHO.
She has simply made the decision to help other candidates get elected instead of running her self.
Truth is she may be a more valuable asset to conservatism and the welfare of the country doing just that and that fact may have been part of her decision.
There are two people I seldom second guess since I get burned every time I do. Rush and Palin.
I believe the Perryknishas, Romneybots and some others fear that a sizable chunk of diehard Palin supporters will never give up and will write her in.
They won’t quit on trying to destroy her because as long as she breathes any breath of air of a grass roots American and the continuation and control of the Tea Party to fix America they fear her.
That’s what turned me against her. These bus tours, this buildup and continuing to feed the run for the presidency and she just calls in to Mark Levin “Sorry, folks, I had no intention of running”. Astounding.

It is saddening to witness the crestfallen as they allow their hopes to be dashed.
Sarah Palin would be the FIRST to tell her millions of supporters NOT to give up the fight, but to work to elect conservative candidates who espouse and support REAL American values, to get the RINOs out, and Tea Party candidates IN.
I’m sure that many if not the majority of Sarah’s followers will do exactly that, but there will be a highly vocal minority of misfits, losers and malcontents who will not only refuse to carry the fight to our liberal/left enemies, they will turn on, and bare their yellow fangs at Sarah herself, after singing her praises endlessly, it only demonstrates the emptiness of whatever passes for their souls.
I pity them.
I am not surprised.
I think the backlash against her is this method of just waiting this long. She played it all out.
As long as there is breath in this body...this country is not dead. There are lots of us "conservatives" out there that need to be more active now than ever before. Never give up! I am 60+ (wink) and aint no way the libtards are gonna win. But this will take longer than one election. 2010 was the beginning.

I’m somewhat surprised that so few here respect the decision of someone they were so invested in.A write in is of course a wasted vote or worse yet, a vote for communism.
In other words Palin’s message was great last week when you weren’t sure she was running or not but now it means nothing?Surprising attitude.
She is the original ‘refusenik’. Quit Alaska, now left us hang in the 2012s. I’ll be damned if I ever get behind her again.
