OK, I’ve been waiting on the sidelines, like a WHOLE BUNCH of other folks, and now the time has come to commit.

Looks like it’s gonna be MITT ROMNEY. With Herman Cain as the VP.

Frankly, I can swallow my dislikes with Romney, to get rid of the the Anti-American terrorist in the White House. And YOU better learn to swallow it, too.

We are faced with the same problem we had in 2000, folks. And frankly, Romney is the ONLY candidate on the stage EVERYBODY can get behind.

It will be up to US to put in a Tea Party Congress that keeps him on the right side of the aisle, which we DID NOT have with Bush.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong! Romney is the only candidate who will completely divide the party. I won’t swallow it, I won’t vote for him and I will do everything in my power to keep Mitt from getting the nomination.

I am shocked at how many on a conservative site are just throwing up their hands and saying “well ok, we have to vote for the Socialist RINO”. WTH happened to fighting for CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES!!!!

UGH!! I am so sick of people who think Romney is a shoe in, he isn’t and there is NO WAY IN HELL HE WILL EVER BEAT OBAMA, not with his religious issues, his political issues and the racist issues. Not gonna happen.

I care far too much about this country to ever vote for Romney.

Negative. I'll vote for Cain, Perry, Bachmann, and even Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman over Romney.

A. He was the establishment pick in 2008 and lost to McCain, the last pick of both the grassroots AND the majority of the establishment.

B. He is untrustworthy. I know what I'm going to get from Huntsman and Paul. Romney has flipped more often than John Kerry.

C. Jobs will be the number one issue this campaign. Bain Capital laid off a large number of people. Obama will go after "job killing" Romney.

D. Gun grabs and Romneycare.

Romney is from my home state. His dad was governor here. He couldn't break 40% in the primary here against McCain in 08. He won, but not like a home state candidate.

My old home is near Roscommon. It's a populist area and is ripe for the taking and usually votes for the winner election time. These are white union members who are open to voting for some republicans because of social issues. Reagan Democrats. Home state or not, I'm going to have a tough time trying to sell a Bloomfield Hills raised, Cranbrook educated flip flopper who enacted Romneycare, signed a gun ban, recently campaigned as pro-choice, and laid off a bunch of people in his business, and was by all accounts an average at best governor of Massachusetts. Good luck with that.

Swallow it? No ...ing way. Even if the RINO party picks Romney I wont support him. I didnt drink the McCain Koolaid in 2008 so I certainly wont drink the Romney Koolaid.
