Note in this pic of yours which I cropped the yellow placard at the top left and the red communist flag at top right. The bottom of the yellow placard reads "PSL... .org". PSL is the Party for Socialism and Liberation. They are an offshoot of the dangerously far left (Communist) Workers World Party. The PSL now "officially" runs ANSWER. WWP created the, um, "anti-war" group ANSWER in 2002 I believe it was.

As I mentioned just above, the PSL is an offshoot of Workers World Party. WWP's new (created 2005) "peace" group is called "Troops Out Now".

Note: the page (on the Workers World Party website) with this photo has recently been removed.

But here's other evidence of his speaking at the event:

"Among the many speakers were elected representatives—U.S. Rep. Charles Rangel and New York City Council members Charles Barron and Margarita Lopez—who have bucked their party to come out against the war. Barron has also introduced a Troops Out Now resolution in the City Council."--Workers World Party

Also speaking at the rally above was communist attorney/terrorist defender, Lynne Stewart. The event marked the 2nd anniversary of the start of the Iraq war (March 19, 2005).

[Communist dictator Fidel Castro visits Harlem,

"Rangel is an avowed admirer of the former Cuban President Fidel Castro. In April 1993, the congressman introduced legislation to repeal the Cuban Democracy Act of 1992, which ended U.S. assistance to the Castro government, and to lift the American embargo against Cuba. When Castro toured Harlem in October of 1995, Rangel greeted him with a bear hug at an event in a local church, where the congressman joined in a prolonged standing ovation for the visiting dictator."

Hate to wish this on the decent people like you in NYC, but I hope that city gets a huge October snowstorm.

Hey, I wish we'd get one as well! That'd be fun!

Boston conservative talk show host Howie Carr said the same thing today on his show: "I never thought I'd wish for an early winter, but I am this year!" LOL

Howie was actually referring to the Boston-based "Occupy Wall Street" moonbats.

I know that it's not really fair to dribble these out a few at a time campers, but unfortunately I am part of that 53% that has to work to support myself (and, unfortunately, the parasites like those in Zuccotti Park). At any rate, I got two more snapshots into presentable form so, without further ado, I give you "OWS: the Religious Experience" and "OWS: Early Halloween"

Enjoy! As and when I have the time, I'll put some more up.

And they’re sitting in a restaraunt that’s playing one of the most capitalist games ever created...

Cognitive dissonance, but then again, I don’t expect many from the crowd to be able to think.

Thanks for the pics and reports, stay safe.

Great work! Thanks! I enjoy your captions. The Obamavilles in Oakland and LA are not as serene as the NYC Obamaville.

I noticed the palm of the left glove on the gas mask guy appears to be soiled. Was he working, or just cleaning up after the natural gas of others?

BTW, the main idea of the 53 % is to stay IN the 53 %.

To quote Dallas Builder Tramell Crowe: “WORK IS MORE FUN THAN FUN ITSELF.”

You and I know it is true, but to the doubting lurkers, and Obama-Squatters think about this: Imagine riding a roller coaster, now THAT is fun!

Ride a roller coaster for 16 hours a day, everyday for two years in a row. Somewhere in those two years it ceases to be fun, and is no longer satisfying.

Work on the other hand gives one a sense of satisfaction, and now and then a pat on the back for a job well done.

Work really is more fun than fun itself.

BTW Beckett08 was found to be a troll and banned the other day.

Thanks. I did not know that. The poster, Beckett08, seemed OK to me.

To quote Dallas Builder Tramell Crowe: “WORK IS MORE FUN THAN FUN ITSELF.”

Thanks. Good quote (I've never heard that before).

Thanks, Oceander. OUTSTANDING posts!
