Herman Cain has achieved so much more in his one life that millions of us can only dream of accomplishing.
As such, he sets a wonderful example of the American ‘can do’ spirit that binds us and transcends our ancestral beginnings.
As for Cain supporting Romney in 2008 - many FReepers did - because the field was so thin.
Rick Perry supported AlGore in 1988 - because he was a Democrat.
Neither should be savaged - those are immaterial to the current endeavor.
