Can not stand the Prince but this was a no brainer. POTUS can claim executive privilege and in fact should be able to especially in areas of foreign policy. When the dems used to demand Bush turn over all of his comm with Cheney et al I used to say that Bush should demand Leahey and Waxmans laptops. There should be a high bar for Congress to encroach on confidential talks with executive advisors for obvious reasons.

And I am not ducking. :-D

Solyndra - Clean Energy is Dirty
How dare Republicans question the waste of a mere half a billion dollars on some sham company that was a big Zer0 donor. No criminal negligence and malfeasance with taxpayer dollars for political purposes here. /sarc

It's perfectly within the legal right of the WH to refuse to disclose internal communication. Anyone who questions that need to understand the intent and letter of the Constitution.

However, any communication outside the WH is fair game.

Obama must be channelling Nixon.

Quote from Tricky Dick himself...”Americans have a right to know if their President is a crook”.

“UNTIL THE GOP STANDS UP TO THIS MARXIST AND HIS PARTY,..”

***********************************************************

What specifically would you have the elected officials do? Pass a resolution condemning OSTUPID and the dems? Rep control the House and can do and have done as they please there but do not control the senate and so they cannot do the same.

So again, what exactly should they do?
