Cain the TALKER has no governing record to judge him with on any issue therefore he must be judged based on every word he says and said in the past and the present. You cannot just dismiss his insane idea of electrifying the fence and killing unarmed citizens as he does not mean it.

The fence is just a stupid idea and when someone like Cain the TALKER is saying to electrify it and kill unarmed civilians then it is called political suicide and most importantly anti-American. We do not kill unarmed civilians in America including illegal immigrants.
