What I get from that photo is that two of the girls have been schooled on posing and have lifted a leg to appear more curvy.
I was at a local greasy spoon (very similar to the tiny restaurant in My Cousin Vinny) watching a country music video of a guy and a girl walking toward each other in what looked like a salt flat and I commented that the woman was not walking like a normal woman would. She was placing each foot directly in front of the other to giver her walk more “wiggle” and “hotness”. I live in a very rural area and even the women in the room had never noticed that.
My wife taught me all this stuff. Once you know about it, it’s pretty obvious and kinda funny. It’s pretty easy to see when young women (under 40) are trying to look sexy, from the walk, to the flick of the hair, to the fleeting eye contact. You just get a sense for it after a while.
Having three 20 something daughters, the whole thing fascinates me. What I coulda done with this knowledge in my teens and 20’s...well, maybe it’s a good thing I DIDN’T know.
