I moved to Texas in 1988. My first two Rangers’ games ever were Nolan Ryan’s 5000th strike out and his 7th no hitter! I sat 5 rows up from 1st base at the 5000th. Awesome memories!

What I would give to see Nolan in his prime pitching in this game.Definitely one of the greats.

I got to see him pitch many times in Houston and it was always a thrill.
