They never mention much about all these Obama scandals going on. Holder is going to testify about Fast and Furious in December. The GOP candidates need to talk about all the Obama scandals and failures. The Democrat Talking Points are to blame Bush or blame Congress. Obama should be blamed and blamed and blamed for his spending like a drunken sailor and bad decisions.

Great post John. Neither side has the guts to bring it up but without everyone in the country—rich—poor contributing to paying off the debt it won’t go away. We can’t it cut it fast enough with just a few people paying.

Yup.yup.

Anyway you look at it..they can’t come down on Cain on the race card...because even if outliers call him an ‘oreo” the main Dems and the Admin can’t afford to attack him..so they leave the fact that he is a Conservative Black man alone and start to try to ‘minimize ‘ him and that is making him a “Minstral Clown”..not a very good thing in our history.

I think there needs to be a site called “collectivehistoricalmemory.com” which would remind people of pertinent historical facts whenever any of these media/democrat/moderate types pronounce some assertion.

Sounds like a job for Rush, who has long been accusing the RATs of re-writing history.

Great catch MM. Most dem office holders are scared to death Obama will offer to campaign with them. I believe the word is toxic!!

As big as Solyndra is gunwalker/F&F could be much bigger.F&F has the potential to involve the Mexicon drug cartels paying the regime to watch their back door for them. It could be huge.

Our FReepathon is going along pretty well. During our 3rd Quarter, we got 141 New Monthly Donors and thus far, we have 76 NMD!!!

For every NMD, we have generous FReepers who are donating $10 for each NMD who signs-up! FReepers are amazing. You’re the absolute best and always come through. The THONS take longer than before, but the costs have increased and we have obama’s unconscionable economy which has seriously hurt a lot of us.

Despite all that, we have received four $1000 donations! WOW! (Humbling, and heart warming) and several for $500, $400, $300 and so many for $100 each quarter which would make all of those FReepers $1 A Day members, were they to j sign on as Monthly Donors: no need for the FReepathons!

We’re at 45% without the Monthlies rolled-in.

I think Perry is back in the game with this FOX appearance and that if he continues to be as personable and intellectually agile as he came across to me

In 2008, President Guliani or President Hillary Clinton were destined to win. McCain was DOA early in the campaign. Upstart Obama was at 20% behind Clinton's near 60%. In 2004, John Kerry was winning based on exit polls.

Lesson: Don't pay much attention to the polling this early in the election cycle.

Only about 6.1 million watched the debates and most of the debates were watched by the same viewers, not new viewers. In 2008, some 120 million voted.

Most people still are not paying much attention. Even the polling companies limit their 'selections' based on a core grouping of 300 to 1200 participants.

When the actual primaries start, people will pay more attention and the 'front runner' status may change significantly.

Obama wants to give students a free trick or treat handout in exchange for organizing mobs to vote him back in. Republicans are telling these students they must earn their way. These lazy students will choose the trick or treat route. They do no care about the smell.

Here is why they are scared of Fast and Furious:

OBAMA ALLOWED HUNDREDS OF MEXICAN CITIZENS TO BE KILLED SIMPLY TO ADVANCE HIS POLITICAL AGENDA.

Those Mexicans were expendable to Obama. And they are dead. The Border agent’s death was a tragedy, but all of those dead Mexicans demonstrate that Obama doesn’t give a rat’s rear end about Hispanics, except as cannon fodder or votes to get him re-elected.

And therein lies the rub. Like Newt said, “Talking about change is easy. Actual change is very, very hard.” (paraphrasing)

So what are campaigning politicians to do? Anything they say can be rebutted with “It will never happen.” So should they say nothing at all?

The way I look at campaigns is that they tell us what they would like to see happen in an ideal world. That tells me what is in their heart and mind, what their values are, what their philosophies are, what they would fight for or against.

I never look at these campaign statements as gospel. That's one of the reasons I cannot STAND it when someone running for office says “I promise to do x, y, z....” They can't promise that anything will actually happen, because Congress controls the world, not the President. The President leads, and he signs bills that Congress brings to him. So a campaign “promise” to accomplish something is horse puckey. However, a promise to Lead, according to values that I believe in, is what I'm looking for in a candidate.

they can’t come down on Cain on the race card.

You haven't been listening to Sharpton, Lawrence O'Donnell (sp) and others who are saying that Cain wasn't there for the struggle and that he is not authentically Black [whatever that means].

They will find many ways to attack Cain, if he is the nominee. Cain will not be immune.

ABC and NBC refuse to cover Fast and Furious. I went to their web sites and nothing. CBS and Fox and CNN have covered some of these Obama scandals. Most people are not getting the information about these Obama Machine scandals.

You bring up a really key area that we are sadly lacking in, education. The dems have ruled it for waaay too long. We need noted conservatives to speak in every college and high school where they can get in just to "begin" to counter the damage they have done.

Colleges/Universities are the worst.

Every year the govt. raises the amount they will loan to college students for their college loans. This in turn stimulates the colleges to increase their fees which are already double triple what they should be!! Its a huge con-game perpetuated by big govt.

It needs to end.

Cain rode that bus...now he owns the bus, and he’s running for president.

Looks like he is showing blacks how he WON the struggle and is now taking on another one.

Actually, as long as the iRS can collect student loan late payments by seizing income tax refunds, the government probably thinks it can get 85% collection of student loans. But, once the smelly dope-smoking English majors or Womyn's Studies majors actually stop occupying Wall Street and get a job and figure out that they can lower their withholding to avoid having the IRS seize their refunds, the repayment of student loans will not get better.

Which means that we could have the future spectacle of government collectors showing up at funerals and will readings to get back the Obama legacy. Assuming the late-paying student loaners have anything left to seize.

The OWS “movement” is totally contrived and artificial. This astroturfed mob is just another arm of the Obama campaign created to fuel class warfare in the run up to the 2012 elections. It is not a grassroots operation and shouldn’t be compared at all to the Tea Party movement. Doing so just goes along with the Obama/MSM portrayal of OWS that it is the moral equivalent of the TP and that they share similar positions. The reality is that OWS is very small in numbers despite the massive MSM coverage.
