okay, you’re right, the EEOC can’t go after anybody for violating federal law. Employers can go around sexually harassing anybody with no worry of a federal lawsuit filed against them. Same thing goes for racial discrimination. In fact, the EEOC has never filed a federal lawsuit against an employer in the history of the United States.
