I was not implying anything by my question, just asked. I stopped reading as soon as I realized the article was based on anonymous sources.

Regarding the Iowa incident:

Yesterday an Iowa radio guy named Deace complained about Cain’s behavior to some woman at his station.
Here are the details, as reported in the Des Moines Register:
During his Oct. 3 broadcast in Iowa, Deace mentioned that Cain made a comment to a woman who was there to report on the radio interview for another news agency.
“Cain said, ‘Darling, do you mind doctoring my tea for me?’” Deace said.
Deace told the Register last month that he believes Cain was talking about adding honey and lemon, but that it was an awkward moment.

Pretty damning stuff...not

I am very sorry for all your daughter has endured. We begin when they are infants, kissing the boo-boos to make it better. As toddlers kisses are not quite enough—they want kisses and band-aids.

There is nothing more heartbreaking for a parent than not being able to make it all better, not being able to “make it go away.” I've been there as a parent.

I also remember Duke LAX. How much misinformation (ie LIES) was put out by the media. Local media, national media, city officials, Duke faculty and many freepers assumed guilt. To this day, many people think “something happened.”

The truth will come out, it always does. I refuse to be a part of a character assassination based on "sources.".

The REAL “source” here is a conservative radio talk show host, but a lamestream newspaper (url posted here) at least cared enough to report what that conservative radio show host said.

Iowa conservative talk radio host says Cain made ‘awkward’ comments to staff

DES MOINES — A conservative talk show host said Wednesday evening that businessman Herman Cain had made “awkward and inappropriate comments” to members of his staff, adding to the controversy around the Republican candidate who faces allegations of sexual harassment from his tenure as head of the National Restaurant Association.

Deace, who hosts a syndicated radio program here, would not detail exactly what he was referring to or which of his staff members were affected. In a message on his Facebook page on Monday, Deace said that Cain said “things to both of my female staffers that at best are professionally awkward if not inappropriate over the last several months.” (The message, first reported by the Des Moines Register, has now been taken down from Facebook)

It is a self-permitted self deceit which allows people like you to overlook the truth, blaming the info coming out on everything but the kitchen sink.

And even though we are still waiting on more information so we can put this all into perspective, Mr. Cain’s behavior in all of this, in and of itself, should be enough to know he is a liar, if not one day when he says something, then another day when he says something completely different.

If you can’t at least show respect for those who have gone through some sort of sexually-related situation and the horrific experience Mr. Cain’s aspirations now are causing them to re-live yet again, at least have some respect for honesty and integrity in this world. I don’t think THAT’S asking to much of anyone.
