Is there hope for the Ivy League yet? I found the URL, but I can't open it. Could someone help?

How did an operation involving cooperation from five different federal agencies under three different federal departments escape the attention of the heads of those agencies and Obama? The lack of concern shown by Obama about an operation that could severely strain U.S. – Mexico relations and hamper U.S. foreign policy strains credulity. However, the biggest question remains — how was this operation supposed to work anyway? I have yet to see a reasonable explanation as to how the failure to track purchased weapons until they end up at their very predictable crime scenes would reveal any new information about weapons trafficking.

The system was setup to show that American guns were being used in Mexico drug gangs in a bid to foster new gun laws. This is treason against the Constitution of the United States, an act of war against Mexico, and hundreds of counts of accessory to murder.

I am sure under the Obama Administration banner, NOBODY will ever serve time for these crimes. Just retire with a golden parachute. It's a Mafia thing...

The whole program was designed to support the erroneous claim that 90% of the illegal weapons into mexico were from the US and fuel demands for more gun control on this side of the border. A position fostered by this administration and an example of zero's strategy of operating below the radar to push the agenda of the gun grabbers

Guess its “established fact” when the Ivy League weighs in !

Seriously, the “more the merrier” IMNSHO ! OF&F isn’t so much about “who” as it is about “how” ? !! IOW, how did so many in such strategic positions, in so many law-enforcement Departments come to accept/endorse violations if U.S. law as a “matter of doing our business” ? !!!

IMNSHO, what this debacle reveals is a long and sordid history of government bureaucrats “manipulating the system” for their personal aggrandizement and, (Perhaps to accomplish an agenda of persons/orgs offering them even greater “powers” in the new regime ?).

For every ballyhooed Ruby Ridge or Waco, there’s thousands of BATF prosecutions of innocents or “meas rens” individuals over the past six decades ! “Fender washers” are part and parcle of car restoration - until you happen to also be a BATF-targeted “gun nut”; at which point they become “silencer parts” ! And that’s just one prosecuted example ! Or “paper clips/shoe strings/match sticks being declared “machine guns” ? !!! Or how about malfunctions of semi-auto arms resulting in multiple discarges ? (Almost anyone in the gun culture has their own story of this sort of malfunction !) Its even enshrined in Robert Ruark’s writings !

The “key” is our own government - while prosecuting citizens for inadvertent/unintentional violations of U.S. law is also violating those same laws for political purposes ! >PS
