The Governor has worked for nearly 11 years within the arbitrary, inconsistent parameters the Feds have allowed the States to work within.

He has values and has proven it by nearly 11 years as Governor.

Find a candidate to be positive about, stop your negativity.

You need to learn what happened about the TTC, according to Wayne Christian (honored as the most Conservative in the last session) when he endorsed Rick Perry: “It was wrong, and when presented with the will of Texas citizens, Governor Perry put a stop to it.”
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2772684/posts

In the meantime, Governor Rick Perry has proven that he’s pro-life, pro-family, pro-Constitution, pro-States’ rights, fiscally responsible and will defend our Nation and our border.

Sorry, but Mr. Perry has been inconsistent in his message and in his execution. His poll numbers are reflecting this fact, and if history provides any glimpse of the future, his next debate performance will only amplify his decline.

Let's have a little compassion for Perry. Cronyism is hard work. It’s a grind to make those sweet mordida deals, keep everyone happy, invent cover stories and simultaneously sell yourself to voters as pure as the driven snow. That takes incredible effort.......PLUS Perry has to have mucho faith that Texans will shut up and look the other way, especially when family man Ricky got his son a big job with UBS at the same time a deal was afoot to sell them the Texas lottery.

Shuckeroos, ma'am---to hear Ricky tell it, Anita got out the cattle prod and MADE him get the kid a job. No fraud there.

But what Ricky has yet to explain is how he gets on all fours, all puckered up, and sucks up for votes and campaign bucks-----what with that bad back of his.

Governor Perry is very consistent. He’s been in office long enough to try some things that didn’t work, and to make a very few unpopular decisions.

However, no one’s been vetted in the way he has been by our liberal left media, the Medina-ites, and the country-club Republicans - not to mention the Dems.

Go make positive comments about your own candidate or give some sources. You make baseless accusations without even a Gloria Allred to back you up.

You make baseless accusations, without proof.

It’s time to find a candidate, be positive about that candidate, show us his or her values and experience.

"However, no one’s been vetted in the way he has been by our liberal left media, the Medina-ites, and the country-club Republicans - not to mention the Dems."

Considering all the current focus around Mr. Cain I think your statement is lacking context, Mr. Perry has had it relatively easy by comparison. It's Mr. Perry's foot-in-mouth disease that puts him at a disadvantage among the other candidates.

The lottery wasn’t sold.

The Governor has been in office long enough to know everyone in the State and to have worked with all of the best businesses and businessmen in the State.

You make baseless accusations without proof, so I’ll post this again:

Governor Perry is very consistent. He’s been in office long enough to try some things that didn’t work, and to make a very few unpopular decisions.

However, no one’s been vetted in the way he has been by our liberal left media, the Medina-ites, and the country-club Republicans - not to mention the Dems.

I am part of that “will” Perry was presented with.
He took a lot of presenting, and we had to replace part of the state legislature to make that presenting stick.

No I don’t need to read what happened.
I was part of it.

I didn’t make any accusations. All I said is, “I know what Perry’s values are.”

And you call ME defensive - WOW! LOL!!!

Actually Perry is virtually tied with Gingrich around 11 percent and Cain and Romney are tied around 21%.

There are 4 people in double digits. Those are your four.

Apparently you are unaware that the people of Texas, through their governor, have invested $400 million of their own money doing the job the federal government is supposed to co. Her point was Cain stands at he sidelines and does nothing while slamming the guy who is in the fight. I have no problem with reading comprehension. I have a problem with people who have never held a position of responsibility standing at the side complaining about the job the other guy is doing. And no, Godfather’s Pizza and Burger King are not the same thing as running a state with millions of people.
