A new witness in the Herman Cain sexual harassment scandal has hired powerhouse attorney, Gloria Allred, and will be holding a press conference on Monday afternoon in Shreveport, Louisiana, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As Radaronline.com first reported, Sharon Bialek claimed in a news conference last Monday in New York that when she came to Cain for professional help in 1997, he "suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek is also repped by Allred, and she was the first woman to go public in the scandal that could derail the Tea Party's darling from getting the GOP nomination. Cain said he didn't recall meeting Bialek, and denied any wrongdoing in his own press conference.
The new witness is a pediatrician, and a former boyfriend of Bialek's. The doctor was with Bialek when he met Cain. Bialek told her then-boyfriend that Cain had inappropriately touched her shortly after the alleged incident took place in Washington D.C. Cain has said, "I don't even know who this woman is."
Bialek claims that after she lost her job at the National Restaurant Association, she asked Cain to help her find a new job. Bialek went to D.C., where Cain was working at the time, and the two were headed back to her hotel after dinner. She said when they were in the car, Cain pulled over and "suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg, under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek also said "He also grabbed my head and pulled it towards his crotch." She said that she asked Cain to stop and he did but when she questioned his actions Cain told her, "You want a job, right?"
Three other women have accused Cain of sexual harassment. Bialek is steadfast that she won't be filing a lawsuit against the presidential hopeful.

If this wo man is a liar, she has been a liar her entire life. It doesn’t matter what she told the man years ago, it follows that she has lied before about such things. There are women that find a flirt, or a sexually inappropriate situation very frequently. The word to use for them is unfit for this forum, but ladies, you know the word, and you know the type. This is nothing but a strategy to keep the womens vote away from Republicans, by smearing the entire party with Cains name. Herman Cain is just the current leader, so he is the one being used as the lance. If we don’t reject him, we all are misogynists. If we do reject him, we are still misogynists, and we allow the MSM to dictate our leaders. It is a brilliant and sick strategy, one that I hope does not work. For the sake of our country, we MUST NOT elect another Progressive of either party. Neither 0bama, Newt or Romney will be able to make the cuts needed. We must have a real Conservative.

9/7 & 9/12 - Cain did well in debates. Moves from 4 to 4.8 in polls.
Then on 9/22 he really did well and Perry tanked. Moves from 4.8 to 5.2 in polls
9/24 - Fla straw poll. Moves from 5.2 to 8.2 and rises to 14.7 before
10/6 - Palin not running. Cain jumps to 16.2 as the viable alternative as Perry is perceived to be unelectable.
The press began covering him because he moved up, not the other way around.
It would be great if everybody followed Cain’s lead and agreed to do a polygraph.

Hearsay does not meet a credibility test.
If Allred is too dumb to grasp that, she has no business being an attorney.
Someone should record the press conference and Cain's campaign should hire that Investigator to run it through that lie detection software. Then when it's proven that this guy is lying Cain's People should have their own press conference.
The “settlements” only support the claim that the women received money. They don’t support the claim of harrassment itself; companies will pay off claims with little regard to merit if it is in the company’s best interest to keep things quiet.
And at best, this “witness” will only verify a part of Bailek’s claim, a part that doesn’t really matter to the actual charge. About all this does is to refute those who claim Bailek just made up this story recently in order to attack Cain because he’s running for office. If you BELIEVE this witness isn’t lying, it will show that Bailek DID say something bad happened back in the 1990s.
But it doesn’t prove something bad happened, just that she didn’t make the story up last week.
Well known where? He shows a balance of ~$1 million at that time, unlike Newt's -$1 million. BTW - 97% of Perry's $17 million, that has to be running thin now, came from large donors. Since Cain began to rise, the vast majority of his donations are from individuals.
With Cain out of the way, they can put in their RINO, Rommney and cry "It is our guy or obama". It won't work on me, I played that game my last time in 2008.
No - he can’t do that unless he witnessed the alleged incident first-hand.
You can’t verify the truth of someone’s story unless you are an actual witness.
Bialek’s ex-BF can’t actually show Cain lied since he wasn’t there when it allegedly happened.
If that’s the case, whatever he says is of no value.

I'm sorry, pending some EVIDENCE, I don't believe Cain is that dumb. And a wacko female telling her boyfriend a made-up story about why she was gone for the weekend doesn't constitute EVIDENCE.
No pediatrician has ever lied, or ever told his girlfriend to go stay at a hotel and go to dinner with a powerful man with her boobs hanging out her dress, and try and slut herself into a new job.
Who cares? No crime was committed.
The same liberals who savagely rip Cain over something that never happened passionately defended Clinton when he committed a couple of felonies.
What we’re seeing gives hypocrisy a bad name.
From the news reports I read (and was reported on local Atlanta TV):
The software is about 95% accurate and is used by 70+ police depts across the country.
It showed without doubt that he was sincere when he said “I did not do ANYTHING inappropriate.”
She was truthful about meeting Cain, but lied about what happened during the meeting.
Wonder if this Dr. was one of them.
