Actually it tastes like a cross between beef and venison.

I had it in Russia and it was pretty good.

BAck during the bogus ‘beef shortage’ of the 70s, it was for sale in the supermarket in Las Vegas.

Very low fat, and tasty.

Mule isn’t so good.

Took a pass on dog while in the ROK...

Its a delicacy in France and I guess all over Europe. I don’t think I could eat it unless I was about 48 hours from my last meal but I heard it is very tasty.
