Local Tea Party Members Changing Tone on Cain (The media have defeated Cain. I'm sad)
My Fox Atlanta ^ | November 30th | Paul Yates

ATLANTA - Tea Party activists have been among the strongest supporters of Herman Cain, but a co-founder of the Atlanta Tea Party said she's changed her mind about a candidate she had defended.

"I think he should withdraw from the race at this point but that decision is for Herman and his family to make," said Atlanta Tea Party leader Debbie Dooley.

Dooley said she was troubled by Cain's denials following the FOX 5 I-Team report on Ginger White and her story of 13-year-long affair with Cain. White pointed to phone records showing repeated calls and text messages between the two.

"A reasonable person would assume that he has not been exactly forthright and completely honest about his relationship with her," said Dooley.

the media didn’t whackify Cain, he did it to himself.

I thought this was the party of “personal responsibility”?

When will Cain be responsible for Cain’s actions?

The hypocrisy is stupendous.

All you can do is bitch about Obama and propose ridiculous, doomsday solutions.

Thanks for letting us see who Debbie really supports.

The founders of the Tea Party Patriots, (Martin & Meckler) are shills for the establishment GOP and wouldn’t know a Conservative if he/she bit them in the butt.

Looks like Debbie is following in their footsteps.

If Cain drops out because of this BS, it means NONE of our candidates have a shot at winning..the media will know they can get away with hiring people to make up crap about anyone and they know it will work..people have to stop acting like sheep, believing everything the media tells them, but unfortunately even though there is a HUGE percentage of people who say they distrust the media, they still believe everything the media tells them

Mr. Cain has taken responsibility for his actions.

No one can take responsibility for things they did not do.

Sorry, but I really don’t understand the continued support for Cain. He admits to paying another woman money without telling his wife. What more do you need to hear? Men do not give females who are not related money without expecting or getting something in return.

Even if you continue supporting his politics and are willing to ignore his foibles, the rest of the country won’t, so he can’t win.

This is no conspiracy, this is a liar who got caught. What’s really interesting is how long it took to catch him, even while running for president...under a microscope.

“Well, here we are. Mr. Cain is a good, honorable man, and he does not in any way deserve what is being heaped upon his fine name and character. Every time I hear himn speak I’m renewed in my faith that he can provide the leadership our country needs right now. “

I’m not picking on you specifically, but I’ve seen similar words time and time again. What makes Cain supporters think he’s an honorable man? Because he SAID so? This sounds so similar to the Obama obsession - he was a GOOD speaker who was able to convince his followers.

This woman said that they were screwing around at the time he had stage four cancer, no way was a guy who was at death’s door cheating on his wife. His #1 priority at the time was staying alive, stage 4 cancer usually is a death sentence, I doubt Cain was thinking about getting some ass on the side. Hey if the allegations prove true then he is obviously finished, but all I have heard from are women who either are Dems or they have a reason to speak out(Make money)

Maybe the cancer was his excuse to himself...one last fling. People often act out of character, or maybe it’s actually more like their true selves, when they are about to die.

If Cain were guilty, I’m sure the Democrats and the media (I repeat myself) would’ve waited until after Cain secured the nomination before attacking him.

This is no conspiracy, this is a liar who got caught.

It sure looks that way. I'm not happy about this because I like Cain a lot, but I'm not blind. There are too many women to dismiss this as a liberal plot.

Sorry but I do not trust a Media and Press that Spin or Lie most of the time.

Think about it like a business. Would you do business with a company that spin and lied to you almost all the time?

Plus if Cain was a Democrat, then the same compliant Liberal/Socialist/Communist media and press would not say a word. You know that's true.

So don't let Tokyo Rose in the Media and Press influence you.

They FEAR Herman Cain and are throwing everything at him.

Wait a minute? You have already convicted him because the liberals told you to.

Try looking at ALL THE FACTS before you say someone is guilty.

For the record, If Cain drops out, then Obama gets reelected. Then you can go pat yourself on the back for trashing man on false allegations.

You convicted a guy and your evidence is flimsy at best.

Hey Jeff have you examined each case?

Are you scared to look at the Details in each instance. and that is why you keep telling yourself,

“Focus on the number and not the details”?

The others were all frauds? So why all of sudden do you let the liberal media and press lead you around by your nose?

But Herman has clearly shown he doesn’t have the political saavy to go up against Obama’s Alinsky machine.

Just wait until you see how much the others are lacking in political saavy. Herman Cain was a test case for a new type of political warfare. It works.
