Two incidents that occurred on Sunday—Iran’s claim of a shoot-down of a U.S. drone, and an explosion outside the British embassy in Bahrain—may have been unrelated. But they appear to add to growing evidence that an escalating covert war by the West is under way against Iran, and that Tehran is retaliating with greater intensity than ever.

And just for the record we’ve been at war with Iran since 1979. More accurately I guess is that Iran’s been at war with us since 1979. We just haven’t had the balls to smack them back.

The US, with our current leadership, is to dumb to know when we are in a War. It will take a nuclear detonation in a major American city for those inside the Beltway to take effective action against our enemies. The US will pay the price in blood for our poor leadership.
No ground troops while bozobammy is in office. Surgical strikes to prevent civilian losses.
I find it fascinating that the picture of the UAV Iran claims to have shot down is the X-47B, a craft still in experiments and not yet fielded.
And many have forgotten, or are too young to remember, that in Beirut, in Oct 1983, Iran, thru its surrogate Hezbollah, killed 241 U.S. Servicemen ...220 of whom were U.S. Marines ...and ROE’s were almost as screwed up then as they are today.
I sincerely hope we get to repay the mullahs for their treachery one day.
IIRC they claim to have downed an RQ-170 which has been used next door in Afghanistan and has long been rumored to be snooping on Iran.
While I don’t want it to ever happen; if it must, make that American city Washington DC, and troubles of this kind will be solved.

We need a new military doctrine by who ever is the new president. No nation building until the enemy figures out it is defeated.
