Curious, I am just following the argument along, but are you saying that the fed gov can not ban MJ? Would not a simple can making it a federal crime to possess MJ do it? thanks.

So why do you support national marijuana prohibition, which is based on the UNCONSTITUTIONAL use of the Commerce Clause?

I think Ken's saying the fed gov has no constitutional authority to pass such a law. And he's right.

In headsonpikes’ world, the regulation of green plants would be beneath the dignity of the state.

Dogs scarcely qualify for such regulation, let alone parsnips and such.
