Well it really between her and God.
It’s not for us to judge whether someone has salvation.
David, Saul, Paul, Job. I’m sure a lot of people questioned their relationship with God.

The point is, Syncro, that "I" am no longer certain of her stand. She is acting as an unbeliever, therefore, I am wise to assume she is an unbeliever.
It will be evaluative, and not judgmental, for me to place her in the status of untrustworthy. It is best for me to assume she is striving to lead this nation astray.

If by Saul, you mean King Saul. Scripture points to the fact that he has not received salvation. He fought against God's chosen. You do not try to kill God's chosen and expect to gain salvation. What he did was equivalent to what Judas did to Christ.
