Paul doesn’t believe in incorporation of the Bill of Rights, he doesn’t think the Federal BORs should apply to the states. So therefore he agrees with the Kelo decision... the same position the liberals on the court took, just for a different reason.
That he called it tyranny is irrelevant. He would say thats up to a state court and the state itself to decide, the supreme court shouldn’t have anything do with it.
